Order statuses

Every user who has purchased our merchandise in the store receives e-mail confirming the order. In the same message the purchaser receives the order number, which allows to check the current status of the order.

Each registered customer has the opportunity to review the list of recent orders. This can be done after logging in, where the current status of the order is displayed.

Meaning of order status

Ready to pick up
This status says that the product is ready for personal collection. The payment is settled during the receipt of the order.

Order cancelation
The order was canceled at the customer’s request or for other reason.

Order returned
In case of complaints, exchanges or returns, we inform the customer that the goods sent back to us reach us.

This information tells us that all ordered items are in stock and we received payment (in case of bank transfer). Your order has been shipped.

Paused (pending payment)
This is information that the item is available and ready for shipping. We are only waiting for payment. After receiving money for our account, we will send immediately.

In progress
The order was accepted. If the item is available in our warehouse is reserved. If the item is not in stock, the customer will be informed.
