Within Poland, the parcel is delivered by the UPS courier company. To other countries parcel is delivered by courier company, which we chose. The delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment and the address of the consignee.
You can also pick up your order in person at a factory shop WISPORT (Wrocław, Poland); Mon-Fri: 8:00 – 16:00.
Orders for products in the current offer – after confirmation of availability and determination of payment method ordered goods are ready to be received or sent within 48 hours.
Individual orders – WISPORT realizes any individual orders. All changes, modifications must be previously agreed and accepted. Each order is valued individually. For individual orders, a prepayment of 100% of the order value is required. The minimum order fulfillment time is 14 days.
